走行が20万km付近ともなると、劣化が進行するのだろう。　個別の消耗部品は交換するのだろうが、
それでも納得のできないこともあるようだ。

すでに消耗品は当然のように何度も交換されてきている。

マスター交換
接合部の寸法確認も時には必要になるのだろう。特に事故などでの修復車などでは、予期せぬ事態も
想定する必要もあろう。



ストロークが多くなる要素


調整、その関連でのロッドなどの摩耗、がた？
エアの抜けが悪い所がある。

ブレーキ・ホースの劣化で通路体積が変化する？



ブースターが効かない時には踏み代もそこそこ確保されている。ブースターが効くと底まで着きそうだという
この状況は通常も当然ある程度ストロークが増える。その程度が強すぎる？


古いタイプのパッド・タイプで新品に交換した直後のフィーリングの悪化とか、ストローク増加化傾向を示すものもあった。　最近ではその手の苦労は少ない。

ハードな使い方では、マスター部の固定強化など流行ったが、車によっては強くブレーキングをすると、
取り付けパネルの強度不足化かしっかり感のないものがあったりする。

floor bottomが実際使われているのかサーチしてみているが、まだヒットしてない。

純正のマスターはシリンダー径が3/4（約19ｍｍ）に対してホンダは13/16（約21mm）と大きいんです。よって、4ポット等容量を大きくしたキャリパーとの相性は非常に良いです。

スバル車の場合、4POTキャリパーには「1 1/16」の容量の大きなのがついていて、2POTの場合は、「1」の普通のが付いていますが、レガシィとか上級車種は2ＰＯＴキャリパーでも4ＰＯＴと同じ容量のが付いています。

油圧によるブレーキは送り出し側（マスターシリンダー）と受け側（キャリパー）のピストン径の比率、ブレーキペダルのレバー比などが厳密に計算されています。ペダルのレバー比を変えずにマスターシリンダーの口径を上げると逆にペダルフィーリングは非常に悪くなります。

マスターシリンダーの口径はＰバルブやＡＢＳのセッティングにも影響するので、むやみに変えることはしないで下さい。ブレーキは命に係わる部分ですから。
