I can find no meaning to that code except for a previous post you have that refers to a TSB EG034-04 (which I think was for a Camry).

It may need the Toyota Hand Held Scanner to reset? I am not sure. If DTC were set then you may need your Toyota dealer to help you. Use a flat bed to transfer the car.
I have heard of people w/the new model Prius not fully seating the interlock when replacing the safety plug. It is something like a lever that needs to be pushed down. Sorry not more specific, my Prius is previous gen and the plug is not the same. Please post the solution; we need these things in group memory.

Question Dear Ted Ritter,
I am working on 2007 TOYOTA FORTUNER (Model: TGN51-EKPSKV, Engine:2TR-FE). It’s equipped with engine immobilizer system. Unfortunately, the customer lost all keys; therefore, he bought a new Ignition key set (having the Master & Sub keys) and the transponder ECU.
To register the master and the sub keys to the immobilizer ECU, I used the scan tool, and tried to start the engine but it didn’t. By using scan tool I read Diagnostic Trouble Code (B 2799
Engine Immobilizer system). Therefore, I suspected that, there is no communication between the transponder ECU and the Engine ECU (ECM). Then I traced the related electrical wirings and I have tried several times to clear the DTC (B 2799) using scan tool and by disconnecting the negative clamp of the battery, but the code remains unclear.
From the DLC3 connector I have shorted TC-CG terminals for 30 minutes and longer to register the ECU communication ID. But in all these, I am unable to start the engine. What is your proposal? I am waiting for you assistance.

セルシオのチェックランプについて。知識が豊富なかたよろしくおねがいしますm(__)m今晩中にしりたいです。
平成10ねん20後期セルシオがBユーロ
先ほど三日ぶりにエンジンをかけたところ
走りだそうとブレーキを踏んだところ
ブレーキランプが点灯せず、あれっ！？
と、思い何度か踏みましたがつきません。するとパーキングからギアが動かず
あたふたしてたら
センター表示板にVSCと表示されその左側に赤のLEDが点灯、右下にTRC OFF と ABSの警告灯が点灯しました。
エンジンはかかるのですが走れません。

２０後期セルシオなんですがバッテリーを外し、セキュリティ、社外ナビ、アンプ等々、相当な取り外し作業を行いました。
バッテリーを繋ぎセルをまわすとセルはまわりますがエンジンがかからず
VSCとTRCがついてしまいました。
あらゆる部分を外していたので１つづつ点検は難しいので考えられる場所があれば教えてください。
確認できている不具合はVSCが点きエンジンがかからない。
メーターのシフト表示が表示されない。
マルチのオーディオのみ使用できない。
外部気温が表示されない。です。よろしくお願いします。

VSCは点滅ではなく点灯しています。
バッテリーを外したあとと同じ現象です。
ただ、その後消えずに点きっ放しのままです。
