Thrust axis is the drive angle of the rear wheels and should fall on the center line of the vehicle. The angles on
either side of the thrust axis are always equal regardless of the individual wheel angles.
When the thrust axis is not centered, the vehicle will tend to travel in a circle, requiring the driver to turn the steering wheel in order to steer straight ahead.

99年式X308XJRに乗っております。
最近、エンジン始動し発進する際、エンストしそうになります。アクセルから足を離すと大丈夫なのですが、そのまま踏み込むとエンストします。
気をつけながら走りクルマが暖まると問題はないのですが、症状が出る頻度が少しずつあがっています。
ディーラーや専門店ではなかったのですがテスター診断してもらってもエラーの履歴はありませんでした。
スロットルバルブの洗浄はしましたが治っていません。
アイドリングは非常に安定してますし上記症状以外は不具合はありません。直6ジャガーは何台も乗り継いで簡単なメンテはやってきましたがV8はよくわかりません。
このような経験をされた方、修理経験があられる方アドバイスいただければありがたいです。

パワーウィンドウ故障 mm - 2012/09/05(Wed) 16:11 No.10219

はじめまして。平成17年12月のXJ3.0（右ハンドル）を乗っております。
助手席のパワーウィンドーが動作は問題なくするのですが、キーキー音が鳴るようになってしまいました。モーターの交換だとアッシーになり高額になると聞きました。
できる限り修理代を節約できたらと考えております。
同様の症状が出た方、お詳しい方ございましたらアドバイスをお願いできましたらと思っております。
突然で申し訳ありませんが、宜しくお願い致します。

Both the 3.2 and 4.0 were substantially revised for the 1995 launch of the new X300 saloon. These are the "AJ16" engines, both now featuring coil-on-plug distributorless ignition, new engine management systems, magnesium alloy valve covers, revised pistons and other detail changes.

4.0 / 3.2 (1994–1997)[edit]

For the launch of the new X300 saloon for 1995, substantial revisions were made to the 4.0 L and 3.2 L AJ6 engines. The new design was called the AJ16 to reflect the major differences between it and the original AJ6.
