POLO轿车冷车不易起动的故障排除

POLO乗用車の寒い車の容易に起動しない故障は排除します
车型：POLO1.4L(手动档)轿车，行驶里程：12000km。
故障现象：车主反映早上起动时车子得起动好几次才能着车，起动之后抖动得特别厉害。
故障检修：进入车间，起动?姶次方可着车，再次起动，一次就可着车。由于车主反映是早上不好起动，所以判断该故障应是在冷车时比较明显。将车停放几小时，待冷车后，再次检测，三四次方可起动，车身抖动特别厉害，再细听发动机声音，根据经验判断，该声音是发动机缺缸的声音。
造成缺缸的原因有四种可能：①火花塞需要更换；②点火线圈故障；③喷油器阻塞；④缸压过低。接上1552电脑诊断仪对发动机各数据进行检测，各数据均在正常的限值范围内。判断该车电脑方面的各传感器数据是正常的，机械方面的故障可能性较大。经了解，该车在近一年半中只行驶了12000km，基本用于上下班，很少?煥高速。分析可能是由于气门积炭造成的，但具体原因尚需进一步检测??定。
首先对可能造成发动机缺缸的因素一一进行检测。1552电脑诊断仪显示点火线圈和喷油器工作状态正常。对各缸火花塞进行试火测试，火花塞工作正常。最后，做缸压测试，有?姶个缸的缸压低于标准数值。新车造成缸压低主要是由于进、排气门密封不严，这就更进一步??定不好起动与气门积炭有关。用内窥镜观察气门，发现进、排气门尤其是进气门上的积炭特别多，由此??定，正是由于积炭使气门密封不严、燃烧不充分造成的。该车积炭已经非常严重，用免拆清洗已经不能彻底清除了，所以需拆缸盖清洗积炭。
打开发动机缸盖发现积炭已经相当严重，将积炭清除后，重新装配，再次起动(此时为冷车状态)，一次即可起动，发动机也不抖了，故障现象消失。

故障の検査と修理：仕事場に入って、2度車に起動して、再度は起動して、一回車を限度内にします。車の持ち主が朝起動しにくいのなことを反映するため、だから判断のこの故障は寒い車の時比較的に明らかですのはずです。
