2trip の条件があるので、1回での試運転でMILの点灯が無いと安心してはいけない。

13年式エルグランド。走行距離99000km。エンジン警告灯点灯、P1320点火一次信号。故障が継続している訳ではなく、一次的な故障。 フリーズフレームデータを確認したところ、水温30度、車速10km。朝エンジンをかけてすぐ動かしたところ点灯したものと思われる。オシロを使って一次波形を見るも、怪しい波形はない。故障コード削除。完全に壊れるまで待たなくてはいけないだろうか？それとも他に何か方法はあるだろうか？


補足
もしコイルが正常で、プラグに異常があった場合でも警告灯は点きますか？

１３年式エルグランドAPWE50 ,99000km。エンジンチェックランプ点灯、P1320 (点火一次信号)異常。しばらくエンジンをかけず半月ぶりにエンジン始動させ走行したら、チェックランプ点灯とのこと。自社に入庫途中まで一気筒死んでいる感じだったが到着直前正常になったらしい。診断器をつなぎ点検するもP1320のみ表示。オシロを使い一次信号波形を見るも特に異常は感じられずエンジン好調。６本のコイルのうち間違いなくどれかが故障寸前と考えられる。このようなときはディーラーではどのような対応をされるのですか？完全に１本死んでからの入庫か、６本全数交換するのですか？教えて頂ければと思います。

また、何か良い方法はありますか？

６本ともオシロの波形の抜けがなく形状も同様で、プラグの焼け具合（くすぶり）も同様で現象もでてないなら判別が難しいと思います。

あとはお客様との相談で、できるならコイル６本と１０万キロ指定交換のプラグをセットでお勧めします。金額は高くなりますが確実だし、あとから何度も部分的に診断・交換するより工賃も時間（手間）も省けます。この頃のVQやRBやQGやQR等は、コイル不良でも自己診で気筒判別がないので、苦労します。CRぐらいから気筒判別ができたと思います。削除

Did you replace coils with OEM coils or aftermarket coils? Have you replaced spark plugs? Did you use NGK brand? Thanks削除

After market coils , Spark plugs are fine .

You might not like what I have to say but these vehicles do not work well with aftermarket coils. You will need to replace all the coils with OEM coils and replace spark plug with NGK brand.削除

Tech notes
The most common cause that will trigger the P1320 code is the ignition coils, 
one or more ignition coils may have failed. 
Even tough the coils may be working OK, 
the resistance for one or more of the coils is greater or smaller that what the Engine Control Module (ECM) is expecting. 
Measuring the resistance with the coil out of the vehicle may not show any failures, 
usually the coil fails under heavy conditions (hard acceleration) or certain temperatures.削除
