P2259 (secondary air injection) - should I care?
This code came up lately - P2259 - Secondary Air Injection System Control 'B' Circuit Low.
Google tells me this has to do with the secondary air pump (which I can hear working when I start the car), which should be to heat up the cat faster somehow on a cold start so emissions are reduced faster/are less on short trips.
Is it likely to damage anything if I just let it be? It's got a cheap aftermarket cat, we do have emissions testing but only at (warm) idle for some reason.
I've also got a P0171-lean intermittedly but I've given up discovering the cause for that (probably uneven compression and not repairable without removing the engine)

The Code was P0410 - Secondary Air Injection
