1 CHECK INTAKE AIR LEAK
Listen for an intake air leak after the mass air flow sensor.
OK or NG
OK E GO TO 2.
NG E Repair or replace.
2 CHECK VARIABLE NOZZLE TURBOCHARGER OVERALL FUNCTION
1. Start engine and let it idle.
2. Make sure that variable nozzle turbocharger control actuator rod moves when revving engine up to 3,000 rpm and returning to
idle
OK or NG
OK E GO TO 3.
NG E Go to “Diagnostic Procedure” in “VARIABLE NOZZLE TURBOCHARGER CONTROL SOLENOID
VALVE”, EC-284.
3 CHECK MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR
1. Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
2. Check voltage between ECM terminal 35 (Mass air flow sensor signal) and ground.
SEF400Y
3. If the voltage is out of specification, disconnect MAFS harness connector and connect it again.
Then repeat above check.
OK or NG
OK E GO TO 4.
NG E Replace mass air flow sensor.
4 CHECK INTERMIT INCIDENT
Refer to “TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS FOR INTERMITTENT INCIDENT”, EC-78.
E INSPECTION END

ＺＤ３０後期型に乗っています。８年目で８．５万ｋｍになります。
さて、２週間前に始動時白煙に気づき、即ディーラーへ持ち込みました。その際には始動時から５分程度、出力低下感なし、暖まってからの始動では白煙なしなど、事象は伝えたのですがグロー不良で交換ですと言われ、戻ってくるとさらに白煙が悪化。その旨言うと、水抜剤入れましたので満タン１回分走って下さい。それでも異常の場合には再度来てくださいとのこと。それで注意しながら走ってみると、買い物４回で計２０kmくらいで水温上昇が認められ、夜間のため翌日ディーラーへ持ち込むためにエンジン始動しようとするとすでにエンジンブローとなりました。
現在原因診断でディーラーへ入庫中ですが、初期トラブルの誤診では？との感が強く残ります。ディーラーで白煙症状など再現できていたうえでこの事態なのですが、この手のトラブル診断は難しいものなのでしょうか？

テラノのZD30に乗ってるのですが、テラノの掲示板が過疎ってるので、こっちにきました。
テラノZD30 走行距離は45000KMです、40000KMでエアフロ（センサーのみ）交換して その後エンジンがかなり調子良くなった（最高速メーター振り切る直前）のですが、最近また調子が悪くなり、最高速ぬおわKMがやっとです。
3000rpm～上がもたつき失速するような感じです。
あと、2000rpmあたりで時々もたつきます。
2000rpm～3000rpmあたりは、中々イイ感じで加速するのですが・・・
誰か詳しい方いませんか？

ダイアグで調べるとエアフロのエラー
エアフロを新品に取替えても、しばらく走ると警告灯が点滅する
ある程度エンジンが暖まってくると点滅します。
ディーラーでも原因が解らず・・・・
燃料エレメント、エアクリは新品です。
誰か同じ症状で原因が解った人いますか？
ちなみに、警告灯が点くとブーストが1.5kかかり失速します。

Your car: 3.0Di Elgrand E50 Hi, After owning an older 3.2 td for about four years of totally reliable motoring I decided to trade it in for slightly newer 3.0 neo diesel this year.

It drove fine for a couple of months but today it stalled whilst I was driving and I can't get it going again.

When I turn the key in the igntion the dash lights come on as normal and the car starts but then immediately dies. It doesn't matter how many attempts I make the result is the same. There are no warning lights on.
There's plenty of diesel in the car but it feels like it's not going through to start it. A friend of mine says that it might be a faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor but I have no idea what that is.
Does anyone have any idea what may be a fault from the symptoms above. Please HELP

Could be right with the crankshaft position sensor, but something worth trying is to give the primer on top of fuel filter about 50 pumps, should get real hard to push during this time, see if it starts, if it does there could be an air leak on a connection or injector. Also I have heard on the patrol with same motor that the non return valve can go faulty, in which case the primer won't go hard when priming. Good luck. Haven't had this problem but do own a 3.0l NEO Elgrand.

I have still not managed to sort out this problem. The garage are just messing me about. They don't seem to have a clue so I tried to check it myself. I left the battery disconnected for two days and then tried to start it again today. It still did the same thing. It started first time and them immediately stalled.

I decided to turn on the air conditioning full blast and then tried to start it again. This time it started but did NOT stall! I moved it out to drive it down the road. It was making a sound like a punctured tyre from the passenger side front somewhere near suspension. It drove about 20 yards with more noise and then it stalled again.

I started it again with the aircon switched on and continued to drive it. It was still making this noise from the passenger side front. I went over a bump in the road and suddenly the noise stopped and the car was now driving as normal. The bump in the road corrected something on the front left side of the car. I'm completely confused as to what this could be. Does anyone have any idea of what could have made that noise and caused the car to stall and then get sorted by going over a bump?
